Art Therapy - Teen Workshop

Enjoy a relaxing paint by number (picture in flyer photo). While we paint, we will discuss the importance of having differen hobbies. We will discuss the physical and mental effects of excessive phone use and social media. We will incorporate "healthier" phone use and how to use our device in moderation.

Each workshop begins with a nature walk around the farm (weather permitting), and will introduce healthy hobbies, mindfulness practices, and mental health related activities and discussions. Facilitated by therapists Nicole Serini LMHC, and Jillien Shaw MHC-LP. Light snacks and refreshments included. Non refundable. Please dress appropriately for each workshop, you may get dirty! Discount available for those who purchase tickets to all 3 events, $200 for all 3, or $70 each.
