Getting Started

At times, you may even want to discontinue therapy. It is your right as the client to discontinue therapy at any time however, please discuss with me when deciding to do so.  

 Sometimes, homework may be assigned.  This is not to put more on your plate, but to help further apply certain behaviors or strategies discussed outside of the session, in the real world. Therapy is what YOU make of it. It is a real commitment and sessions must be consistent. It is recommended to meet weekly initially.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, but we are here to make it easy. We will start with a free 15 minute consultation call, where we will have a chance to introduce ourselves and make sure we are the right fit for your needs. After filling out the form below, our scheduler will get back to you to confirm the consultation appointment.
