My Story
Hello, I’m Alice! I work with adults, teens, and preteens to navigate a broad spectrum of struggles and concerns such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, parenting, grief, complex trauma, and trauma spectrum disorders.
I am devoted through my counseling to help create solace and identify strength in the face of suffering. With a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the mind, body, and relationships, I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person's unique story. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is possible—and that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to help them reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move toward a life of greater peace and authenticity.
I am broadly person-centered and eclectic in my therapeutic approach, while drawing also from psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and family systems theory. I find this approach in combination with careful attunement to somatic responses, and utilization of somatic techniques can lead to meaningful healing, change, and growth. I enter the room with warmth, care, empathy, and a dedicated desire to work alongside you, the expert of your own experience. I strive to offer trauma-informed mental health counseling dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for individuals navigating the complexities of living.
Whether you're seeking support for recent challenges or working through long-standing wounds, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental presence and a therapeutic relationship built on trust. Together, we’ll explore what healing means for you and take steps toward meaningful change, striving for your true potential, and pursuing your authentic self — at your pace.
