My Story
Hello, my name is Alisha, and I am dedicated to helping people find clarity, confidence, and connection during life’s many transitions. I work with all ages, but especially enjoy working with teens and young adults who may be experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, identity crisis, issues adjusting to new phases of life, or questioning their career or college path. With a background in counseling students as they enter and navigate college, I am especially passionate about guiding young people through this exciting but often overwhelming time.

In addition to my work with adolescents and young adults, I have experience supporting children, families, and individuals with disabilities. I also enjoy working with new mothers and parents, offering support as they adjust to the challenges and joys of parenting.
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent. I draw on CBT, mindfulness, and an eclectic blend of therapeutic strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. Above all, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.
