Agritherapy - Teen Workshop

Boost your seratonin supply while getting your hands dirty and creating an herb garden. Your herb garden will contain herbs you can use in meals, as well as aromatherapy. Learn about the healthy impacts of nature on our mental health. We discuss the different "good chemicals" released into our bodies that make us feel calm and happy, and how to produce more!

Each workshop begins with a nature walk around the farm (weather permitting), and will introduce healthy hobbies, mindfulness practices, and mental health related activities and discussions. Facilitated by therapists Nicole Serini LMHC, and Jillien Shaw MHC-LP. Light snacks and refreshments included. Non refundable. Please dress appropriately for each workshop, you may get dirty! Discount available for those who purchase tickets to all 3 events, $200 for all 3, or $70 each.
